Why our convertible backpack purse are different from others?

Many of our bags feature exclusive prints. We understand the importance of carefully selecting our prints and using only the best quality fabrics and leathers.

Ica Acs bags are designed to be versatile and adaptable, so you can carry them in a variety of ways depending on your needs. Whether you prefer to fold your bag, keep it fully expanded, or wear it as a backpack for hands-free convenience, we’ve got you covered. Simply adjust the straps to your desired length and place the lobster clasps correctly and you’re ready to hit the road.
Security: Travel and stroll with the security of being at home.
Inside each bag, you’ll find a small lobster clasp that you can use to attach your keys, wallet, or other valuables. This ensures your important items and that they’re always within reach. The exterior pocket faces the back when worn as a backpack, to make it harder for pickpockets to access.
Just change the position of your strap to wear it as a tote, fold-over bag or backpack.

Our bags are made of a combination of high-quality leather and durable reinforced cotton canvas.
Yes, our bags are made of genuine leather from Italy and Spain.
We produce and make all our products in a small workshop in Paris (France).
Fabrics
Wash by hand in cold (30°C or below) water.
If the product has leather avoid wetting it.
Detergents recommend: phosphate-free.
Fabrics are most vulnerable to damage when wet so spot-cleaning or rubbing wet prints should be made very carefully.
Leather
Use a lightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface.
For suede leather:
– oily stain you can use you can use talc or flour. Let it act for several days

You can use waterproofing spray to make slip liquids.

We cover manufacturing and material faults, which are claimed within one year from the date of purchase.
If you have a warranty claim, please email your order number as well as a description and photos of the fault to contact@icaacs.com.
We will ask you to send the item to us, return postage for eligible warranty claims is covered.
After inspecting the issue, we may either repair the product, exchange it for another one or agree with you on another solution to solve the issue.
We have high expectations on our products’ lifetime. We put a strong emphasis on premium quality and durability both in our material selection and manufacturing process. Naturally, your bag’s lifetime also depends on how well
you treat it. Damages caused by wear and tear, neglect, or misuse are not covered by warranty, however, we will try to assist you to keep your product in use and avoid it from going to landfill.
Yes, it fits a 50cl water bottle
Unfortunately, that is not possible by the moment. But if you want, you can change the hardware color (silver/bronze).
Shipping & deliverY
We ship most countries, but if you have some problems just let us know. We will answer you within 24 h.
Once the payment has been verified orders are processed, in general, within a week (customized products could take longer). Otherwise, Ica Acs will inform you about the processing time and the expected shipping date.
The shipment will be made immediately after order processing.

shipments will be made through Mondial Relay. You will get an e-mail from them to choose the pickup point. You will have up 8 days to pick up the parcel. Beyond this period, the package is returned to Ica Acs.
The order will then be refunded when the package is receipt by the seller (excepting
shipping cost).
For the rest countries shipments will be made through the French national shipping service (La Poste) in a package with a tracking number.

The shipping cost have been established according to the current cost of sending packages to national and international territory.
It depends primarily on the weight of the package and the destination (domestic France*, European Union, and rest of the world).
Shipping cost can be granted free of charge and in a timely manner within the framework of actions carried out by Ica Acs.
Customs fees are not included. The buyer is responsible for inquiring about them for their country/state of residence,

PaYment
We are working with the most secured payment processors (Stripe and Paypal) to
ensure the highest security during your payment.
We are using Stripe to safely process the follow cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay.
We are also accepting Paypal payments and bank transfer.

Our goal is total customer satisfaction.
To proceed with the product return, the customer must complete a return request for this purpose using the form available on the Site and send it to contact@icaacs.com
You must request the refund with the return of the goods within a period not exceeding 14 business days following the date of receipt of the product without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of shipping costs
(back and forth), packaging and customs fees which are at your expense.
All returns will have to be previously authorized by Ica Acs and inexcusably returned by the means of transport that it indicates.
The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original state.
Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty will not be refunded and will be made available to the sending customer and re-sent postage due.
All customized product orders are unique, so no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Ica Acs products are packed in compliance with current transport regulations and in order to ensure optimal protection of the products during shipment.
The Customer is requested to respect these same rules when making returns of products, whether in the context of an after-sales service or for convenience return. Ica Acs reserves the right to claim a partial refund of the product in the event that its resale is impossible in its condition or in the event of aggravation of the indicated technical problem.
When shipping back a package, it is important to avoid packing the product too tightly or loosely to prevent any damage. Additionally, the product should be wrapped in at least two layers, either two plastic wraps or one plastic and one cardboard wrap.
Ica Acs is required to refund the customer for all sums paid*, at the latest within 14 business days following the date of reception by the seller.
* With the exception of shipping costs (back and forth), packaging and customs
fees.
