PAYMENT, SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
1.PAYMENT
Ica Acs offers different payment methods, all of them have the security seal to make your purchase easy and safe.
STRIPE
With this method you can pay in secure way through your debit or credit card by simply adding your card number.
PayPal
PayPal is the fast and secure way to pay online. You can easily pay for your purchases with a debit card, credit card, bank account or using your own PayPal account.
Why use PayPal?
PayPal is secure: PayPal safely stores your financial information and protects it with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. What’s more, your financial details are never shared. In addition, PayPal is quick and easy: if you have a PayPal account, you won’t have to enter your card or bank account details to pay. You will only need your email address and password. If you do not have an account, PayPal is flexible: you can choose how to pay: debit card, credit card or bank account.
Bank transfer
If you don’t like to pay with PayPal or credit card, you have the possibility to pay securely through a bank transfer as well.
2. PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
In general, orders are processed within a week from the date the order was made (customized products will take longer). Otherwise, Ica Acs will inform the customer about the processing time and the expected shipping date (the customer can deny it and ask for a refund).
The shipment will be made immediately after order processing.
Shipments hors France, Spain and Belgium will be made through the French national shipping service (La Poste) in a package with a tracking number.

For France, Spain, Portugal, Netherland and Belgium shipments will be made through Mondial Relay. You will get an e-mail from Mondial Relay to choose the pickup point.
For packages delivered by the carrier Mondial Relay, the customer has up to 8 days to pick up the parcel. Beyond this period, the package is returned to Ica Acs. The order will then be refunded when the package is receipt by us.
If you need other shipping conditions (guarantee for example), please let us know within 2 days of purchase or before, so we can let you know the eventual additional costs.

The shipping cost have been established according to the current cost of sending packages to national and international territory.
It depends primarily on the weight of the package and the destination (domestic France*, European Union, and rest of the world). *hors DOMTOM
Shipping cost can be granted free of charge and in a timely manner within the framework of actions carried out by Ica Acs.
Customs fees are not included. The buyer is responsible for inquiring about them for their country/state of residence,

3.RETURNS
Our goal is total customer satisfaction.
To proceed with the product return, the customer must complete a return request for this purpose using the form available on the Site and send it to the following e-mail contact@icaacs.com
The customer must request the refund with the return of the goods within a period not exceeding 14 business days following the date of receipt of the product without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of shipping costs (back and forth) and packaging.
The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original state.
If the return is due to some kind of defect in the product the customer will prove its presence before return it. In that case any penalties will be applied to the customer.
All returns will have to be previously authorized by the seller and inexcusably returned by the means of transport that it indicates.
Ica Acs is required to refund the customer for all sums paid, at the latest within 14 business days following the date of reception by Ica Acs.
Ica Acs products are packed in compliance with current transport regulations and in order to ensure optimal protection of the products during shipment. The Customer is requested to respect these same rules when making returns of products, whether in the context of an after-sales service or for convenience return. Ica Acs reserves the right to claim a partial refund of the product in the event that its resale is impossible in its condition or in the event of aggravation of the indicated technical problem.
Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty will not be refunded and will be made available to the sending Customer and re-sent postage due.
All customized product orders are unique, so no returns or refunds will be accepted
